Narcissistic personality traits and gaslighters are so toxic and so prevalent in the workplace it seems. I sense that there is a lot of experience that we all have in the industry of dealing with people like this and also shared strength and resources to help each other through it.
We discussed the need for developing skills around conflict resolution. Crucial Conversations the book and the course were mentioned. They also produce a regular email newsletter and have recently rebranded as Crucial Learning.
